Santa Rosa Beach is a classic beach community originally founded in 1910 located on the west end of Scenic Highway 30A with beautiful stretches of sugar white sand shores, state forest preservation land, beachside residences and town centers with shops and restaurants. Santa Rosa Beach is located between Dune Allen and Blue Mountain Beach yet the term is often used to describe the entire western end of 30A as well as North Santa Rosa Beach, neighborhoods and communities tucked along the Choctawhatchee Bay north of Highway 98.
