WaterColor, Florida is one of the most beloved family destinations along Scenic Highway 30A, and with that, the community has been welcoming area visitors for over 15 years! Highlights of the upcoming upgrades include:
An enlarged arrival area at the Beach Club will greet guests with easier and faster access to both the beach and Beach Club amenities. Additionally, the new design will improve security measures by ensuring that only permitted guests are allowed entry to amenities.
Planned renovations will make the WaterColor Beach Club the largest and most thoughtfully designed beach club along 30A. The addition of the new pools, and a larger pool deck will triple the current capacity allowing an enjoyable poolside experience throughout the year, especially during peak season. Enhanced poolside food and beverage service will complement the facility upgrades and improve overall guest experience.
- Two new resort-style pools including a zero-entry option will offer club guests significantly more room to play and relax. Luxurious pool decks will include dedicated sunbathing areas and new pool deck cabanas. A terraced design will make sweeping Gulf views available from all levels of the club.
- Guests will be able to enjoy more dining options at the Beach Club with a new, larger main dining room, expanded pool deck and a new covered top level lounge with a pizza kitchen! The planned mid-level deck will offer seating for up to 150 people. We hear that elevated service hours along with expanded menu options are also in the works to accommodate guests on those extended beach days. According to the WaterColor Homeowners Association, during the past year, real estate values in WaterColor averaged about $1.5 million for a single detached home, resulting in a 13 percent increase from the previous year! Expanding the amenities in WaterColor will likely increase the home values and decrease the length of time homes stay on the market. An investment in resort amenities will also improve the long-term viability of the WaterColor rental market.
