Provident Title Welcomes Nathan Cordle

The Premier Property Group prioritizes optimal customer experiences. That’s why we make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible from initial engagement with one of our competent, experienced agents through the closing process.

Our partner company–Provident Title–helps advance this mission by ensuring the buying and selling of a home, business or property comes off with minimal time commitment from our clients. Located in WaterColor Town Center, Provident Title named Nathan Cordle as managing attorney in December to lead this charge in 2020 and beyond.

Nathan grew up about 80 miles north of 30A in a small town just across the Alabama state line and spent many weekends and summers on Emerald Coast beaches. He has a bachelor’s degree in business/real estate from the University of Alabama, where he earned summa cum laude designation. He earned his Juris Doctor in law from the University of Alabama School of Law. Nathan relocated to South Walton in 2017 and immediately set out to establish a legacy of active community involvement. He served as president of the 2018 Leadership Walton class and as president of the Emerald Coast Real Estate Council until 2019. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Westonwood Ranch in Freeport, and is the current president of the Young Professionals of Walton County.

As a former real estate agent, Nathan brings unique perspective to his role in that he has a deep understanding of both sides of the closing process. “I understand the demands and needs of buyers and sellers, and also the demands and needs of real estate agents,” he said. “I like to tell agents ‘when you work, I work,’ regardless if it’s a weekend, holiday or after hours.”

Additionally, Nathan spent the last five years on the legal side of transactions, closing deals, underwriting title insurance, resolving title issues and interpreting and drafting contracts. “Coupled with my practical real estate industry experience, I believe that my legal experience and the service that I can provide differentiates me in the real estate closing and title insurance market,” he noted.

Looking ahead to 2020, Nathan said his mantra is “Close–Close–Close!” As part of his #2020Vision, he aspires to double the company’s current volume of business, making Provident Title a major player in the closing market. He is also looking forward to working with agents to provide advocacy, education, problem solving, and the tools needed to be successful–an effort that could morph into classes and seminars on contracts, hot topics in the real estate, legal or title industries or just being available to answer questions.
