2021 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Patron Dinners- Friday, April 23 | 6 PM CST
Live Auction Broadcast – Saturday, April 24 | 4 PM CST
Silent Auction – Friday, April 23 at 9 AM CST- Sunday, April 25 at 12 PM CST
This year, we will be hosting two watch parties in conjunction with the live auction broadcast for those comfortable gathering in large groups. Doors to each watch party will open at 3 PM CST and include a one hour reserve tasting reception with a selection of our paticipating vintners before the live auction programming begins promptly at 4 PM CST. Watch party attendance is assigned based upon your patrpon dinner selection and is designated as follows:
- The Henderson Beach Resort: Patrons that attend dinners hosted by Jack & Candis Wilson, Joan & Stephen Carter, John & Margaret Sheehan with Wayne Paul & Susan Kiley, Tim Krueger & Jill Cadenhead, Cory & Hillary Fosdyck, and Christine Carter & Ken Bryant will attend this watch party.
- Churchill Oaks: Patrons that attend dinners hosted by George & Stephanie Brannon, Jr., Jeff & Cindy Garrard, and Robert & Shelly Hinojosa and Ben & Tiffany Edwards with Jeanne Dailey & Jay Nettles will attend this watch party.
*Please note that watch parties may boast attendance of up to 250 guests and are only open to those that selected the full patron package option and sponsors who have indicated that they plan to attend. If you are not yet comfortable with large gatherings, we encourage you to enjoy the live broadcast from the comfort of your home or an alternative, private watch party location.
