My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experience living here most of my life give me enthusiasm and a desire to share what I know with others. I have decades of experience in the Vacation Rental industry which makes me ideally suited to serve clients looking to invest in a second home or short-term rental investment property near the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of Northwest Florida.

I believe in professional development and in supporting other Realtors in the community. My certifications include Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). I also serve as the First Vice President of The Women’s Council of Realtors Emerald Coast, Co-Chair for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Global Business Committee, and a member of the Leadership Development Program.

When I am not serving my clients you can find me enjoying time with my family and dog Vespa, watercolor painting, playing pickleball, and my favorite pastime of all simply enjoying our beautiful beaches!
